     Reverend William Cookson was baptised on 27 September 1793 at Fornsett, Norfolk, England.² He was the son of Reverend William Cookson and Dorothy Cooper.² He married Caroline Mary Neave, daughter of John Neave and Catherine Smith, on 10 June 1819 at Exeter, Devon, England.^1,2 He died on 21 May 1856 at age 62 at St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.^1,2

     Eliza Neave was the daughter of John Neave and Catherine Smith.² She married J. Milford on 16 December 1817.¹ She died on 2 May 1865.¹
