Edward Hulse was baptised on 18 March 1631/32.1 He was the son of William Hoolse and Anne (?)2 He married Dorothy Westrow, daughter of Thomas Westrow and Anne Capell.1 He died on 3 December 1711 at age 79.1
He graduated from Leyden University, Leyden, The NetherlandsG, with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)1 He was a Fellow at Emmanuel College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was appointed Fellow, College Physicians, London in 1677.1 He was physician to the Court of the Prince of Orange in 1677.1 He was Treasuer of the College of Physicians, London between 1704 and 1709.1 He lived at Baldwins, Dartford, Kent, EnglandG.1
