Henry Reginald Yorke was born on 29 May 1874.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Philip Charles Yorke and Emily Marion Raikes.2 He married Beatrix Victoire Lynch-Staunton, daughter of Captain George Staunton Lynch-Staunton and Margaret Hasler Kirkpatrick, on 28 October 1903.1 He died on 15 March 1944 at age 69, following an accident.1
