Lt.-Col. Hon. Thomas Mullins was the son of Thomas Mullins, 1st Baron Ventry and Elizabeth Gunn.1 He married unknown Reader, daughter of William Archer, on 15 July 1810.1 He died in February 1823, without issue.1
