     Lady Margaret Julia Hay was born posthumously after January 1819.1 She was the daughter of William Hay, 17th Earl of Erroll and Hon. Harriet Somerville.1 She married Frederick Astell Lushington, son of Sir Henry Lushington, 2nd Bt. and Fanny Maria Lewis, on 23 September 1846.1 She died on 31 October 1891.1
     From 23 September 1846, her married name became Lushington.1

     Sir Thomas Hope, Lord Kerse was born on 2 August 1606.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Hope of Craighall, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Binning.3 He married Helen Rae circa 1633.2 He died on 23 August 1643 at age 37 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
     He held the office of Lord Justice General [Scotland].1 He was styled as Lord Kerse [Scottish Law Lord].
