     Henry Blake was the son of Thomas Blake.2
     He was named in the will of his uncle Henry Blake, Sr. in 1421; devising his lands to his nephew.1 He with Celia Blake and Henry Blake, Jr. and their cousins Walter Blake and William Blake, made a perpetual grant to the parish church of St. Nicholas, Galway, County Galway, IrelandG, in 1435.1

     Walter Blake was the son of John Blake and Margaret le Brun.2

John Blake1

     John Blake was the son of Walter Blake.1 He married Margaret le Brun, daughter of Philip le Brun.2
     John Blake also went by the nick-name of Oge Blake.1 He obtained a grant of lands in Athenry from Philip, the son of William Bermingham of Athenry, County Galway, Ireland in 1391.2 He held the office of Provost of Athenry in 1394.2 John Blake wrote a last will, Walter Blake was the executor of the will.2

Richard Blake1

     Richard Blake was the son of Geoffrey Blake.1 He died in 1564, (probably).1
     He held the office of Mayor of Galway in 1533.1 He was whose title to lands circa 1536 at Kiltullagh, County Galway, IrelandG.1 In an award of 1542, Richard Blake, with his son and heir John Blake, confirmed his ancestors' gifts to the church of St. Nicholas, Galway, County Galway, IrelandG.1 Between Richard Blake and his kinsman Nicholas Blake an award was made by Patrick Barnewall, Serjeant-at-law, to settle disputes as to the division of lands inherited from Henry Blake, Sr. on 6 July 1542.2
