James Roland Blake Fox-Andrews was born on 24 March 1922.1 He was the son of Theobald Blake Butler and Mary Gammell Stewart Davidson.1 He married Angela Bridget Swift, daughter of Brigadier Charles Copley Swift, on 7 October 1950.2 He died in 2002.1
