     Sir Archibald Hope of Craighall, 12th Bt. was born on 28 February 1808.¹ He was the son of Sir John Hope of Craighall, 11th Bt. and Anne Wedderburn.² He married Aldena A. Kingscote, daughter of Henry Robert Kingscote and Harriett Elizabeth Tower, on 17 July 1862.³ He died on 24 January 1883 at age 74, without issue.¹
     He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Hope, of Craighall [N.S., 1628] on 5 June 1853.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Midlothian Militia.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Edinburgh.¹

     Lt.-Col. John Sandcroft Holmes married Edith S. Kingscote, daughter of Henry Robert Kingscote and Harriett Elizabeth Tower, on 1 February 1877.¹ He died on 3 August 1920.¹

     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England^G.² He was educated at London University, London, England^G.² He entered the military in 1935, in the service of the Royal Artillery Support Reserve.² He was commissioned in 1937.² He fought in the Palestine Campaign.² He fought in the Second World War, in which he was wounded.² He retired from the military in 1947, with the rank of Major.² He lived at Milestown, Castlebellingham, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹

     Aline Joyce Walsham was born on 25 February 1913.² She is the daughter of Percy Romilly Walsham and Charlotte Cunninghame Myers.³ She married Major Cecil Ronald Patrick Barrow, son of Major Ronald Edmund Barrow and Cecilia Frances Woolsey-Butler, on 12 April 1939.¹
     From 12 April 1939, her married name became Barrow.¹

     Joseph Osborne Procter III married Jane Pickman.¹

     Patrick Cecil Walsham Barrow was born on 19 March 1940.¹ He is the son of Major Cecil Ronald Patrick Barrow and Aline Joyce Walsham.¹ He married Patricia Mary Thornhill, daughter of Captain Peter John Thornhill, on 20 April 1968.¹
     He was educated at St. Columba's College^G.¹ As of 1976, Patrick Cecil Walsham Barrow lived at Six Acre House, Milestown, Castlebellingham, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹ He lived in 2003 at Listoke, Drogheda, County Louth, Ireland.²
