Chester Hamilton Baker was born on 13 May 1919.1 He was the son of Hugh Baker and Annie Bertha Hamilton.1 He married Helen Margaret Armstrong, daughter of Roy Fraser Armstrong, on 23 October 1948.1 He and Helen Margaret Armstrong were divorced in 1968.1 He died on 13 September 1989 at age 70 at Sechelt, British Columbia, Canada.2
