Lt.-Gen. Sir John Bagot Glubb was the son of Major-Gen. Sir Frederic Manley Glubb and Frances Letitia Bagot.1 He married Muriel Rosemary Forbes, daughter of Dr. James Graham Forbes, in 1938.2 He died in 1986.2
