Sir Edward Herbert, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1620.2 He was the son of Sir George Herbert, 1st Bt.3 He married Lady Hester Lambart, daughter of Charles Lambart, 1st Earl of the County of Cavan and Hon. Jane Robartes, on 8 May 1662.3 He died in 1677.2
