Major Edward Bruce Alexander was born on 3 March 1872.1 He was the son of Richard Dundas Alexander and Charlotte Augusta Webster.1 He married Mabel Eleanor Bosanquet, daughter of David William Bosanquet, in June 1899.1 He died on 21 March 1955 at age 83.1
