     William Adams was born in 1746.¹ He was the son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham.¹ He married, firstly, Olivia Wildridge, daughter of Neason Wildridge, circa 1769, they had children.¹ He married, secondly, Anne (?) on 6 July 1783, they had children.¹ He died on 28 February 1815.¹
     He lived at Castletown House, County Cavan, Ireland^G.¹

     Olivia Wildridge was the daughter of Neason Wildridge.¹ She married William Adams, son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham, circa 1769, they had children.¹ She died in 1781.¹
     From circa 1769, her married name became Adams.¹

     Anne (?) married George MacDaniel.¹ She married William Adams, son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham, on 6 July 1783, they had children.¹
     Her married name became MacDaniel.¹ From 6 July 1783, her married name became Adams.¹

     George MacDaniel married Anne (?)¹ He died before 6 July 1783, when his widow remarried.¹

     Samuel Adams was born in 1750.¹ He was the son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham.¹ He married Elizabeth Leslie, daughter of Alexander Leslie, on 10 March 1779.¹ He died on 7 June 1799, with issue.¹

     Elizabeth Leslie was the daughter of Alexander Leslie.¹ She married Samuel Adams, son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham, on 10 March 1779.¹
     From 10 March 1779, her married name became Adams.¹

     Reverend Benjamin Adams was born in 1756.¹ He was the son of Allen Adams and Martha Higginbotham.¹ He married Elizabeth Clarke, daughter of John Clarke, on 14 April 1777.¹ He died on 10 June 1840.¹
     He was the Rector at Killinick, County Wexford, Ireland^G.^1,2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Cavan.¹
