     James Cochrane was the son of John Cochrane and Hannah de Werth.1 He married Cecilia Oliphant, daughter of George Oliphant, in January 1731.1 He died on 29 August 1762.1
     He held the office of Judge Advocate.1

     Reverend Ambrose Douglas Adams was born on 9 May 1889.1 He was the son of Lieutenant Samuel Allen Adams and Frances Dorothea Preston.2 He married, firstly, Ida Modwyn Winnington-Ingram, daughter of Rear-Admiral Charles William Winnington-Ingram and Ida Vere Maude Chambers, on 19 July 1923.1 He married, secondly, Mabel Helen Joyce Pierce, daughter of Henry James Pierce, on 17 August 1941.1
