Reverend Edward Coleridge was born on 11 May 1800.1 He was the son of James Coleridge and Frances Duke Taylor.2 He married, firstly, Mary Keate, daughter of Reverend John Keate, on 3 August 1826.1 He married, secondly, Mary Caroline Bevan, daughter of Reverend George Jones Bevan, on 4 September 1862.1 He died on 18 May 1883 at age 83.1

Henry Charles Clement Dundas, 7th Viscount Melville of Melville was born on 25 June 1873.2 He was the son of Charles Saunders Melville Dundas, 6th Viscount Melville of Melville and Grace Selina Marion Scully.3 He married Agnes Mary Florence Brouncker, daughter of Henry Brouncker, on 20 June 1899.2 He died on 30 January 1935 at age 61.2
He was educated at Trinity College, Glenalmond, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He was Secretary Consulate-General to Hamburg between 1892 and 1895.2 He was Assistant District Commissioner of British East African Protectorate between 1896 and 1897.2 He was Secretary and Aide-de-Camp to Commissioner of British East Africa between 1897 and 1899.2 He was Vice-Consul to Zanzibar between 1897 and 1908.2 He was Vice-Consul to Tahiti between 1908 and 1909.2 He was Deputy Commissioner of Pitcairn Islands in 1909.2 He was Deputy Commissioner of Bahia in 1909.2 He was Deputy Commissioner of Corsica between 1909 and 1921.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baron Dunira, co.
