Sir William Bryan Cooke, 8th Bt. was born on 3 March 1782.1 He was the son of Sir George Cooke, 7th Bt. and Frances Jory Middleton.2 He married Isabella Cecilia Viviana Middleton, daughter of Sir William Middleton, 5th Bt. and Jane Monck, on 8 April 1823.3 He died on 24 December 1851 at age 69.1
He gained the rank of officer in the Foot Guards.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Cooke, of Wheatley Hall, co. York [E., 1661] on 2 June 1823.1
