Lt.-Cdr. Lionel Peter Twiss was born on 23 July 1921.2 He was the son of Colonel Dudley Cyril Twiss and Laura Georgina Chapman.2 He married, fifthly, Jane de Lucey.3 He married, secondly, Vera Maguire.3 He married Cherry Felicity Huggins, daughter of Sir John Huggins and Molly Green, before 1976.1 He married Heather Linda Goldingham, daughter of S/Ldr. Strachan Agnew Goldingham and Nellie FitzHerbert, on 4 November 1964.4 He died on 31 August 2011 at age 90.2
Lt.-Cdr.
