John Neville Keynes was born on 31 August 1852.2 He was the son of John Keynes and Anna Maynard Neville.1 He married Florence Ada Brown, daughter of Reverend John Brown, in 1880.1 He died on 15 November 1940 at age 88.2
He was educated at Amersham Hall School, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was a Fellow in 1875 at University College London, London, EnglandG.1 He was a Fellow in 1876 at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was with the Registrary between 1910 and 1925 at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He also had a daughter.1
