     Mabel Lily Fraser was the daughter of William John Fraser and Jane Palmer.1,2 She married, firstly, Charles Woodward Neele in 1894.1 She married, secondly, Frederick Arthur Greer, 1st and last Baron Fairfield, son of Arthur Greer and Mary Moore, on 4 September 1939.1 She died on 1 June 1960.1
     From 1894, her married name became Neele.1 After her marriage, Mabel Lily Fraser was styled as Baroness Fairfield on 4 September 1939. From 4 September 1939, her married name became Greer.1
