     Caroline Louise Boyle was the daughter of Cavendish Spencer Boyle and Rose Susan Alexander.¹ She married Reverend Charlton George Lane, son of Reverend Charlton Lane, on 13 July 1871.¹ She died in January 1883.¹
     From 13 July 1871, her married name became Lane.¹

     Algernon Edward Richard Boyle was born on 17 September 1854.¹ He was the son of Reverend Hon. Richard Cavendish Boyle and Eleanor Vere Gordon.¹ He married Edith Caroline Crossley, daughter of William Crossley, on 28 May 1890.¹ He died on 26 June 1914 at age 59, without issue.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Aberdeenshire.¹

     Reverend Charlton Lane was the Vicar at Hampstead, London, England^G.¹

     Carolina Boyle was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Hon. Sir Courtenay Boyle and Carolina Amelia Poyntz.¹ She died on 23 January 1883, unmarried.¹
     She held the office of Maid of Honour to Queen Adelaide.¹

     Henry Hunter was born in September 1738.¹ He was the son of Henry Lannoy Hunter and Eleanor Bosanquet.¹ He married Mary Sloane, daughter of William Sloane.² He died on 28 January 1789 at age 50.¹

     Robert Kirkman Hodgson was born circa 1850 at London, England.² He was the son of Kirkman Daniel Hodgson and Frances Butler.^1,2 He married Lady Honora Janet Boyle, daughter of Richard Edmund St. Lawrence Boyle, 9th Earl of Cork and Lady Emily Charlotte de Burgh, on 3 July 1875.¹ He died on 26 May 1924.¹
     He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹

     Kirkman Daniel Hodgson was born in 1814.² He was the son of John Hodgson and Caroline Delamain.² He married Frances Butler, daughter of John L. Butler and Henrietta Patrick, in 1843 at Marylebone, London, England.² He died in 1879.²
     He was educated in 1826 at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England^G.² He was an East India merchant.² He held the office of High Sheriff of Hertfordshire in 1845.² He was Governor of the Bank of England between 1863 and 1865.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)¹ He lived at Ashgrove, Kent, England^G.¹

     Captain Cecil Kingsley Dodd is the son of Sir Edwin Dodd.² He married Hon. Phyllis Margaret Black Noble, daughter of William Joseph Noble, 1st and last Baron Kirkley and Margaret Dixon, on 12 March 1920.² He and Hon. Phyllis Margaret Black Noble were divorced in 1938.³

     Hon. Phyllis Margaret Black Noble was born on 6 June 1898.¹ She is the daughter of William Joseph Noble, 1st and last Baron Kirkley and Margaret Dixon.^1,2 She married Captain Cecil Kingsley Dodd, son of Sir Edwin Dodd, on 12 March 1920.¹ She and Captain Cecil Kingsley Dodd were divorced in 1938.²
     From 12 March 1920, her married name became Dodd.¹ In 1938 her name was legally changed to Phyllis Margaret Black Dodd-Noble by Deed Poll.²

     William Joseph Noble, 1st and last Baron Kirkley was born on 13 January 1863.¹ He was the son of John Noble and Mary Waddell Black.² He married Margaret Dixon, daughter of William Dixon, on 30 August 1888.² He died on 11 September 1935 at age 72, without surviving male issue.²
     He was a partner of Cairn, Noble and Company, ship owners.² He was a director of Blackwell Colliery Company and of Furness Withy and Company.² He was created 1st Baronet Noble [U.K.] on 24 June 1921.² He was chairman of Cairn Line of Steamships.² He was awarded the Knight, Order of St. Olav.² He was created 1st Baron Kirkley, of Kirkley, co. Northumberland [U.K.] on 21 January 1930.¹ On his death, his titles became extinct.²
