Colonel Walter Douglas was born in 1670.1 He was the son of William Douglas of Baads and Joan of Park.2 He died in 1739.1
He gained the rank of Colonel.1 He held the office of Governor-General of the Leeward Islands.1 In 1720 he succeeded to the estate of Baads on the renunciation of his brother William but then sold it.1

Ellenor Frere was born on 12 March 1744.1 She was the daughter of Sheppard Frere and Susanna Hatley.1 She married Sir John Fenn on 1 January 1766.1 She died on 1 November 1813 at age 69.1
