     Elizabeth Welles was the daughter of Sir William Welles and Anne Barnewall.1 She married, firstly, Christopher Plunket, 2nd Lord Killeen, son of Christopher Plunket, 1st Lord Killeen and Genet Bellew, before 5 January 1463/64.2 She married, secondly, James Fleming, 7th Lord Slane, son of William Fleming and Jane Rochfort, after November 1470.1 She died before 26 April 1506.1
     From before 5 January 1463/64, her married name became Plunket. From after November 1470, her married name became Fleming.1

Christopher Plunket, 1st Lord Dunsany1

     Christopher Plunket, 1st Lord Dunsany was born circa 1410.2 He was the son of Sir Christopher Plunket and Genet de Cusack.3 He married, firstly, Anne FitzGerald, daughter of Richard FitzGerald and Joan de Castle Martin.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Preston, daughter of Christopher Preston, 3rd Lord Preston of Gormanston and Jane d'Artois.2 He died in 1467.4
     He held the office of Constable of Dublin Castle in 1435.2 He was created 1st Lord Dunsany [Ireland] circa 1462.2

     William Preston, 2nd Viscount Gormanston was the son of Robert Preston, 1st Viscount Gormanston and Janet Molyneux.1 He married, firstly, Anne Burnell, daughter of Sir Robert Burnell and Margaret Holywood.2 He married, secondly, Eleanor Dowdall, daughter of Henry Dowdall.3 He died on 21 February 1532.1
     He held the office of Deputy Chief Governor of Ireland in 1493.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Viscount Gormanston [I., 1478] on 9 April 1503.3 He succeeded as the 5th Lord Preston of Gormanston [I., 1370] on 9 April 1503.3 He held the office of Chief Governor of Ireland in 1515.3

     Anne Burnell is the daughter of Sir Robert Burnell and Margaret Holywood.1 She married William Preston, 2nd Viscount Gormanston, son of Robert Preston, 1st Viscount Gormanston and Janet Molyneux.1
     Her married name became Preston.1 After her marriage, Anne Burnell was styled as Viscountess Gormanston on 5 April 1503.
