     Thomas Fortescue was born on 1 May 1744.1 He was the son of Chichester Fortescue and Hon. Elizabeth Wesley.1 He married, secondly, Mary Nicholson, daughter of Edward Nicholson.1 He married, firstly, Hon. Mary Pakenham, daughter of Thomas Pakenham, 1st Baron Longford and Elizabeth Cuffe, 1st Countess of Longford, in March 1770.1 He was also reported to have been married in 1768.3 He died in 1779.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Louth in 1770.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Trim.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dromisken, County Louth.3 He lived at Dromisken, County Louth, IrelandG.1

     Rear-Admiral Sir Chichester Fortescue was born on 7 June 1750.1 He was the son of Chichester Fortescue and Hon. Elizabeth Wesley.1 He married Frances Anna Jones, daughter of David Jones, in 1791.1
     He held the office of Ulster King of Arms on 31 January 1788.1 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in the Royal Navy.1

     Frances Anne Fortescue was the daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Chichester Fortescue and Frances Anna Jones.1 She married, firstly, Reverend George Hamilton, son of Rt. Rev. Hugh Hamilton and Isabella Wood, in 1825.1 She married, secondly, Reverend George Harrison Reade, son of George Harrison Reade and Eliza Frances Annesley, in 1830.2 She died on 26 July 1875.2
     From 1825, her married name became Hamilton.1 From 1830, her married name became Reade.
