Sir John Fenwick, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir William Fenwick, 2nd Bt. and Jane Stapilton. He married Lady Mary Howard, daughter of Charles Howard, 1st Earl of Carlisle and Hon. Anne Howard.1 He died on 27 January 1697, executed for high treason.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Fenwick [E., 1628] in 1676. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Northumberland in 1677.
