Brian Joseph Michael Cotter, Baron Cotter was born on 24 August 1936.1 He was the son of Michael Joseph Cotter and Mary Nugent.1,2 He married Eyleen Patricia Wade in 1963.1 He died on 14 November 2023 at age 87.2
