Hubert Walter1

     Hubert Walter was the son of Hervey Walter and Maud de Valoignes.1 He died in 1205.1
     He held the office of Chief Justice and Governor of England, in the absence of King Richard I while on crusade.2 He held the office of Archbishop of Canterbury between 1193 and 1205.1 He held the office of Lord Chancellor between 1199 and 1205.1

     Maud le Vavasour is the daughter of Robert le Vavasour.1 She married, firstly, Theobald fitz Walter, son of Hervey Walter and Maud de Valoignes, circa 1199.2 She married, secondly, Fulk Fitzwarin before 1 October 1207.1

Robert le Vavasour1

     Robert le Vavasour was the son of William le Vavasour.2 He married, secondly, Juliane de Multon, daughter of Thomas de Multon, in 1208.3 He died before 1227.3
     He was Deputy for Sheriff of Lancashire in 1197.3 Circa 1225 he allowed York Minster a right of way to transport quarried stone across his land at Hazlewood, Yorkshire.3
