     Juliana Hyde was the daughter of Bernard Hyde.² She married Sir Edmund Butler, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Thomas Butler, 1st Bt. and Anne Colclough.¹ She died on 1 January 1683 at Ballybar, County Carlow, Ireland^G.³ She was buried on 4 January 1683 at Cloydagh, County Carlow, Ireland^G.³ Her will (dated 10 July 1683) was proven (by probate) on 10 January 1683/84 at Leighlin, County Carlow, Ireland^G.³
     Her married name became Butler.

     Sir Thomas Butler, 3rd Bt. was the son of Sir Edmund Butler, 2nd Bt. and Juliana Hyde.² He married, firstly, Jane Boyle, daughter of Rt. Rev. Richard Boyle and Abigail Worth.¹ He married, secondly, Jane Pottinger, daughter of Captain Edward Pottinger, in July 1700.¹ He died between January 1703 and February 1703.³ He died intestate and his estate was administered to his brother, James on 21 July 1705.³
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Butler, of Cloughgrenan, co. Carlow [I., 1628] before 1653.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of County Carlow in 1670.³ He held the office of Sheriff of County Carlow in 1691.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Carlow [Ireland] between 1692 and 1699.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Carlow [Ireland] in 1703.³

     Rt. Rev. Richard Boyle graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹ He held the office of Bishop of Leighlin and Ferns between 1666 and 1682.^1,2

     Jane Boyle is the daughter of Rt. Rev. Richard Boyle and Abigail Worth.^2,3 She married Sir Thomas Butler, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Edmund Butler, 2nd Bt. and Juliana Hyde.¹
     Her married name became Butler.

     Sir Pierce Butler, 4th Bt. was the son of Sir Thomas Butler, 3rd Bt. and Jane Boyle.² He married Anne Galliard, daughter of Joshua Galliard and Anne Wakefield, circa 8 December 1697.^1,3 He died circa 1732.³ His will was proven (by probate) in 1732.³
     He was admitted to Lincoln's Inn on 14 January 1691/92.³ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Carlow [Ireland] between 1703 and 1714.^1,3 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Butler, of Cloughgrenan, co. Carlow [I., 1628] circa January 1703.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Ireland] on 7 June 1712.³ His last will was dated 10 November 1731.

     Joshua Galliard lived at Edmonton Berry, London, England^G.¹

     Anne Galliard is the daughter of Joshua Galliard and Anne Wakefield.^2,3 She married Sir Pierce Butler, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Butler, 3rd Bt. and Jane Boyle, circa 8 December 1697.^1,3
     From circa 8 December 1697, her married name became Butler.

     James Butler was the son of Sir Thomas Butler, 3rd Bt. and Jane Boyle.² He married, secondly, Eleanor Loftus, daughter of Sir Nicholas Loftus and Eleanor Butler.¹ He married, firstly, Frances Abney, daughter of Sir Edward Abney, circa 23 March 1696.¹ He died between 1720 and 1723.³ His will was proven (by probate) on 14 March 1723.³
     His last will was dated 23 August 1720.
