     Forster FitzGerald Arbuthnot was born on 21 May 1833.¹ He was the son of Sir Robert Keith Arbuthnot, 2nd Bt. and Anne FitzGerald.¹ He married Elinor Stirling on 17 July 1879.¹ He died on 25 May 1901 at age 68, without issue.¹
     A distinguished orientalist, particular the ancient literatures of Persia and India.¹

     Elinor Stirling married, secondly, Forster FitzGerald Arbuthnot, son of Sir Robert Keith Arbuthnot, 2nd Bt. and Anne FitzGerald, on 17 July 1879.¹
     From 17 July 1879, her married name became Arbuthnot.¹

     Donald Henry Hamill-Stewart was born on 27 June 1899.² He was the son of Henry Edward Hamill-Stewart and Geraldine Mary Arbuthnot.¹ He was baptised on 11 August 1899 at Kensington, London, England.² He died on 10 October 1976 at age 77.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.¹ After 1918 he became a Four Square Gospeller and gave the family estate to the sect.¹

     John Arbuthnot Hamill-Stewart was born on 6 August 1900 at Cuckfield, Sussex, England.² He was the son of Henry Edward Hamill-Stewart and Geraldine Mary Arbuthnot.¹ He died on 25 November 1975 at age 75 at Brighton, Sussex, England.²

     Lt.-Col. Charles Edward Hamill-Stewart was born on 13 January 1902.¹ He was the son of Henry Edward Hamill-Stewart and Geraldine Mary Arbuthnot.¹ He married Joan Francis, daughter of Arthur Scott Dunkin Francis, on 4 October 1930.¹ He died on 22 January 1969 at age 67 at Middlesex Hospital, London, England.^1,2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the Battle of Dunkirk in 1940, where he was captured and became a POW.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹

     Joan Francis was the daughter of Arthur Scott Dunkin Francis.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Charles Edward Hamill-Stewart, son of Henry Edward Hamill-Stewart and Geraldine Mary Arbuthnot, on 4 October 1930.¹ She died in 1968.¹
     From 4 October 1930, her married name became Hamill-Stewart.¹

     Arthur Scott Dunkin Francis was a partner of Francis & Praed, stock jobbers.¹

     Michael Patrick Hamill-Stewart was born on 9 July 1931.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Charles Edward Hamill-Stewart and Joan Francis.¹ He married Anita Nicole Bourg, daughter of Francis Bourg, on 4 December 1954 at Thakeham, Sussex, England^G.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was with IBM Europe.¹
