     Hon. Rebecca Moraigh Eveleigh Leith was born on 17 December 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Alexander Peter Willoughby Leith, 7th Lord Burgh and Anita Lorna Eldridge.¹ She married David K. O. Brandler, son of J. L. Brandler, on 9 December 1979.¹ She and David K. O. Brandler were divorced in 1983.¹
     She was educated between 1972 and 1976 at St. Margaret's School for Girls, Exeter, Devon, England^G.² From 9 December 1979, her married name became Brandler. In 1983 her name was legally changed to Leith.¹ She was with the BBC.² She lived in 2003 at 66 Cumberland Road, Spike Island, Bristol, England^G.¹

     David K. O. Brandler is the son of J. L. Brandler.¹ He married Hon. Rebecca Moraigh Eveleigh Leith, daughter of Alexander Peter Willoughby Leith, 7th Lord Burgh and Anita Lorna Eldridge, on 9 December 1979.¹ He and Hon. Rebecca Moraigh Eveleigh Leith were divorced in 1983.¹

     Margaret Strachan is the daughter of Alexander Strachan of Glenkindie.² She married James Leith of New Leslie, son of John Leith and Margery Forbes.²
     Her married name became Leith.

     Jean Grant is the daughter of Patrick Grant of Wester Elchies and Janet Forbes of Newton.¹

     Elizabeth Rutter married Reverend Jacob de Costobadie, son of John de Costobadie and Rebecca Robinson, on 26 April 1756 at Aysgarth, Yorkshire, England.¹
     From 26 April 1756, her married name became de Costobadie.¹

     Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie was born circa 1664.² He was the son of James Leith of New Leslie and Margaret Strachan.² He married Christian Davidson, daughter of Alexander Davidson.¹ He died in 1754.¹
     He was ancestor of the Leiths of Glenkindie and Freefield.² On 26 January 1702 he acquired the lands of Freefield and Bonnytoun from George Leith of Freefield.¹ On 26 January 1705 by a charter Freefield and Bonnytoun and other lands were erected into the free Barony of Freefield.² In 1738 he bought from his cousin Sir Patrick Strachan of Glenkindie the lands and Barony of Glenkindie.¹

     Christian Davidson is the daughter of Alexander Davidson.² She married Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie, son of James Leith of New Leslie and Margaret Strachan.¹
     Her married name became Leith.

     Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie is the son of Alexander Leith of Freefield and Glenkindie and Christian Davidson.² He married, firstly, Jean Gordon, daughter of Alexander Gordon of Troup and Jean Grant.¹ He married, secondly, Martha Ross, daughter of John Ross, on 7 November 1775.¹
     He was the ancestor of the Leith-Ross's of Arnage.²
