     Anne Bulmer is the daughter of Sir Ralph Bulmer and Anne Tempest.1 She married, firstly, Anthony Welbury.1 She married, secondly, Sir Gerard Lowther, son of Sir Richard Lowther and Frances Midleton, circa 1598.1
     She lived at Castle Eden, County Durham, EnglandG.2 Her married name became Welbury.1 From circa 1598, her married name became Lowther.1
