     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Boulton, of Braxted Park, co. Essex [U.K., 1944] on 9 January 1949.1 He was a stockbroker with Mitton, Butler, Priest & Company.1
