     Major Charles Lestock Boileau was born on 8 February 1800.¹ He was the son of John Peter Boileau and Henrietta Pollen.¹ He married, firstly, Amelia Adam, daughter of Rt. Hon. Lt.-Gen. Sir Frederick Adam and Amelia Thompson, on 27 February 1833.¹ He married, secondly, Margaret Seymour, daughter of William Seymour, on 16 August 1836.¹ He married, thirdly, Maria Wenham, daughter of Edward Wenham, on 27 November 1848.¹ He died on 18 January 1889 at age 88.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Rifle Brigade.¹

     Amelia Adam was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Lt.-Gen. Sir Frederick Adam and Amelia Thompson.^1,2 She married Major Charles Lestock Boileau, son of John Peter Boileau and Henrietta Pollen, on 27 February 1833.¹ She died on 2 November 1833, without issue.¹
     From 27 February 1833, her married name became Boileau.¹
