John Gordon Wordsworth was born in 1913.2 He was the son of Reverend Christopher William Wordsworth and Ella Mary Thompson.2,3 He married Diana Comyn.2 He married Doreen Butler-Henderson, daughter of Hon. Eric Brand Butler-Henderson and Hon. Sophia Isabelle Butler Massey, on 25 April 1939.1 He and Doreen Butler-Henderson were divorced in 1961.1 He died in 1995.2
     He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Suffolk Regiment.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)1

     Doreen Butler-Henderson was born on 2 January 1920.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Eric Brand Butler-Henderson and Hon. Sophia Isabelle Butler Massey.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. John Gordon Wordsworth, son of Reverend Christopher William Wordsworth and Ella Mary Thompson, on 25 April 1939.1 She and Lt.-Col. John Gordon Wordsworth were divorced in 1961.1 She married, secondly, G/Capt. William Digby Blackwood on 29 June 1962.1 She died on 10 August 2015 at age 95.3
     From 25 April 1939, her married name became Wordsworth. From 29 June 1962, her married name became Blackwood.1 She lived in 2003 at The Old Post House, Mawley Road, Quenington, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1
