     General John William Egerton, 7th Earl of Bridgwater was born on 14 April 1753.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. John Egerton and Lady Anne Sophia Grey.1 He was baptised on 8 May 1753 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He married Charlotte Catherine Anne Haynes, daughter of Samuel Haynes and Elizabeth (?), on 14 January 1783 at 58 Welbeck Street, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 21 October 1823 at age 70 at Ashridge Park, EnglandG, without issue.1 He was buried on 30 October 1823 at Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1
     He was commissioned in 1771.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1776.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)      Charlotte Catherine Anne Haynes was born on 20 November 1763.1 She was the daughter of Samuel Haynes and Elizabeth (?)1 She married General John William Egerton, 7th Earl of Bridgwater, son of Rt. Rev. John Egerton and Lady Anne Sophia Grey, on 14 January 1783 at 58 Welbeck Street, Marylebone, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 11 February 1849 at age 85 at Ashridge Park, EnglandG.2 She was buried on 22 February 1849.2 Her will (dated 24 December 1846) was proven (by probate) on 17 May 1849.2
     From 14 January 1783, her married name became Egerton.1 After her marriage, Charlotte Catherine Anne Haynes was styled as Countess of Bridgwater on 7 March 1803.

     Francis Henry Egerton, 8th Earl of Bridgwater was born on 11 November 1756.1 He was the son of Rt. Rev. John Egerton and Lady Anne Sophia Grey.1 He was baptised on 14 December 1756 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 11 February 1829 at age 72 at Hôtel de Noailles, Rue St. Honoré, Paris, FranceG, unmarried.1 He was buried on 4 March 1829 at Little Gaddesden, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 His will (dated 25 February 1825) was proven (by probate) in April 1829.1

According to the police, his house in Paris was full of cats and dogs, whom he dressed as ladies and gentlemen, taking them out in his carriage.1 He was also a good scholar and bequeathed £8,000 for the best work on the Goodness of God.1

     He was created Markgraf von Baden in 1064.1 He abdicated as Margrave of Baden in 1073.1

     Berthold I von Zähringen was born circa 1005.2 He is the son of Berthold III von Villingen and Luitgard von Habsburg.2 He married, firstly, Richwara von Kärnten, daughter of Konrad II Herzog von Kärnten.2 He married, secondly, Beatrix von Mousson, daughter of Ludwig Graf von Mömpelgard.2 He died between 5 November 1078 and 6 November 1078 at auf Schloß Lyntburg, begraben im Koster Hirschau.2
     He was Herzog von Kärnten 1061 - 1077, Markgraf von Verona 1061 - 1072, Graf im Thurgau und Breisgau.2 Der Bärtige. Stammvater der Zähringer der badischen Fürsten. Er bekam 1051 einen Ring von Kaiser Heinrich III. als Anwartschaft auf das Herzogtum Schwaben. Er bekam aber das Herzogtum Kärnten.2
