     Arthur Joseph Lawrence Pollen was born on 13 October 1899.² He was the son of Arthur Joseph Hungerford Pollen and Maud Beatrice Lawrence.² He married Hon. Daphne Baring, daughter of Cecil Baring, 3rd Baron Revelstoke of Membland and Maude Louise Lorillard, on 11 February 1926.² He died on 21 July 1968 at age 68 at Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England^G.^2,3
     He was educated at Downside School, Bath, Somerset, England^G.² He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.² He was a sculptor.³

     Major Sir George Francis Richmond Brown, 5th Bt. was born on 3 February 1938.² He is the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Frederick Richmond Brown, 4th Bt. and Audrey Baring.¹ He married Philippa Jane Wilcox, daughter of Captain Joseph W. Wilcox, in 1978.²

Gwendolen Carlis Meysey-Thompson was born on 10 April 1903.² She was the daughter of Henry Meysey Meysey-Thompson, 1st and last Baron Knaresborough and Ethel Adeline Pottinger.^1,2 She married Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Frederick Richmond Brown, 4th Bt., son of Frederick Richmond Brown and Anne Luxmoore Lees, on 20 November 1951.¹ She and Lt.-Col. Sir Charles Frederick Richmond Brown, 4th Bt. were divorced in 1968.¹ She died in 1989.¹
