Susannah Money was born on 23 April 1779 at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Northumberland, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of William Money and Mary Webster.2,3 She married Reverend Robert Chatfield, son of Robert Chatfield and Ann Storrow, on 17 July 1800 at Much MarcleG.4 She died on 15 April 1857 at age 77 at Brampton, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.2

Lt.-Col. James Money was baptised on 25 September 1724.2 He was the son of Francis Money and Elizabeth Washbourne.3 He married Eugenia Stoughton, daughter of George Stoughton and Eugenia Coster, in 1743.2 He died on 14 June 1785 at age 60.1
In 1753 he inherited the estates of Whetham, Calne and Homme House, Much Marcle from his cousin, Lady Dupplin.3 He gained the rank of Major in 1760 at Goree, Senegal, in the 86th Regiment.3 He gained the rank of Captain in 1764 in the Colonel Boscawen's Regiment of Foot.3 He lived at Much Marcle, Whetham, Wiltshire, England.2 He lived at Pitsford, Northamptonshire, England.2
