     Richard Knatchbull was born circa 1554.1 He was the son of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf.1 He married Anne Scot, daughter of Sir Thomas Scot, in November 1584.1 He died on 20 January 1590.1

     Anne Scot was born before 1569. She was the daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.1 She married, secondly, Sir Thomas Bromley, son of George Bromley.1 She married, firstly, Richard Knatchbull, son of Richard Knatchbull and Joan Sheaf, in November 1584.1
     Her married name became Bromley.1 From November 1584, her married name became Knatchbull.1

     Sir Thomas Bromley was born in 1530 at Rodd Castle, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.3 He was the son of George Bromley.2 He married Anne Scot, daughter of Sir Thomas Scot.1 He married Elizabeth Fortescue.3 He died on 12 April 1587.3 He was buried at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England.3
     He held the office of Lord Chancellor.1
