Sir Robert Throckmorton, 3rd Bt. was born on 10 January 1662 at Moorhall, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Throckmorton, 2nd Bt. and Anne Monson.1 He married Mary Yate, daughter of Sir Charles Yate, 3rd Bt. and Frances Gage, at Coughton Court, Warwickshire, England.1,2 He died on 8 March 1720/21 at age 59.1 He was buried on 15 March 1720/21 at Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in 1721.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Throckmorton, of Coughton, co. Warwick [E., 1642] on 7 November 1680.1 He was admitted to Gray's Inn on 15 January 1682/83.1

Sir Robert Throckmorton, 1st Bt. was the son of John Throckmorton and Agnes Wilford.2 He married, firstly, Dorothy Fortescue, daughter of Sir John Fortescue.1 He married, secondly, Mary Smith, daughter of Sir Francis Smyth and Anne Markham.1 He died on 16 January 1650.1
