     Lt.-Col. Cecil Ford Anderson was the son of Dr. Ford Anderson.¹ He married Maud Alice Bellingham, daughter of Major Sydney Edwin Bellingham and Helen Mary Dunlop, on 8 February 1910.¹ He died on 5 April 1946.¹
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Engineers.¹
