     From before 26 March 1588, her married name became Sinclair.¹

Sir Henry David Hardington Bartlett, 3rd Bt. was born on 18 March 1912.¹ He was the son of Hardington Arthur Bartlett and Irene Robinson.¹ He married, firstly, Kathleen Rosamund Stanbury, daughter of Lt.-Col. W. H. Stanbury, on 8 December 1936.¹ He and Kathleen Rosamund Stanbury were divorced in 1974.¹ He married, secondly, Joyce Lillian Odell, daughter of Malcolm Odell, in 1974.¹ He married, thirdly, Jeanne Margaret Esther Brewer in 1982.¹ He died on 13 September 1989 at age 77.¹

Sir Basil Hardington Bartlett, 2nd Bt. was born on 15 September 1905.¹ He was the son of Hardington Arthur Bartlett and Irene Robinson.¹ He married Helen Mary Malcolm, daughter of Sir Ian Zachary Malcolm, 17th of Poltalloch and Jeanne Marie Langtry, on 5 January 1937.¹ He and Helen Mary Malcolm were divorced in 1960.¹ He died on 2 January 1985 at age 79.^1,3
     He was educated at Repton School, Repton, Derbyshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Bartlett, of Hardington Mandeville, Somerset [U.K., 1913] on 28 June 1921.¹ He graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches and wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Intelligence COrps.¹

     Sir Herbert Henry Bartlett, 1st Bt. was born on 30 April 1842.¹ He was the son of Robert Bartlett and Anne Guppy.¹ He married Ada Charlotte Barr, daughter of Joseph Barr, on 18 April 1874.¹ He died on 28 June 1921 at age 79.¹
     He was admitted to Master of the Pattenmaker's Company (three times.)¹ He was admitted to Freeman of the City of London.¹ He was chairman of Perry & Comapny, of Bow, civil engineering contractors.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Bartlett, of Hardington Mandeville, Somerset [U.K.] on 7 February 1913.¹ He founded the Bartlett School of Engineering, University College of London.¹

     Robert Bartlett was born on 2 May 1803.¹ He married Anne Guppy on 6 November 1827.¹ He died on 15 April 1885 at age 81.¹
