     Grace Kennedy was born on 22 April 1782.2 She was the daughter of Robert Kennedy of Pinmore and Robina Vans Agnew.1 She was baptised on 25 April 1782 at Colmonell, Ayrshire, Scotland.2 She died in February 1825 at age 42.2 She was buried at St. Cuthberts, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.2
     She wrote the book Father Clement.2

     From 24 February 1777, her married name became Vans Agnew.1
