Anthony Perrinott Lysberg Barber, Baron Barber was born on 4 July 1920 at Doncaster, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1,2 He was the son of John Barber and Mussee Lysberg.1 He married, firstly, Jean Patricia Asquith, daughter of Milton Asquith and Hylda (?), on 5 September 1950 at Darrington Church, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1,3 He married, secondly, Rosemary Youens, daughter of Rev. Canon Fearnly Youens, on 8 September 1989.1 He died on 16 December 2005 at age 85 at Suffolk, EnglandG.2
