Sir John Tyrrell was born circa 1593.2 He was the son of Thomas Tyrrell and Margaret Filioli.3 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Evelyn, daughter of George Evelyn, on 14 December 1624.3 He married, secondly, Martha Washington, daughter of Lawrence Washington and Martha Newce, in June 1630.1 He died on 30 April 1676.2
He was educated at Wadham College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3 He was appointed Knight on 27 January 1628.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Maldon from 1661 to 1676.3 He lived at Heron, Essex, EnglandG.1

Martha Washington was born circa 1580.2 She was the daughter of Lawrence Washington and Martha Newce.3,2 She married Sir John Tyrrell, son of Thomas Tyrrell and Margaret Filioli, in June 1630.3 She died on 17 December 1670.2

Sir John Ayloffe, 5th Bt. was the son of Henry Ayloffe and Dorothy Bulkeley.1 He died on 10 December 1730, unmarried.1 He was buried at Braxted, Essex, EnglandG.1 His will (dated 13 September 1728) was proven (by probate) on 26 January 1730/31.1
