Colonel Quentin Charles Graham Kinnaird Agnew was born on 8 January 1861.2 He was the son of Sir Andrew Agnew of Lochnaw, 8th Bt. and Lady Mary Arabella Louisa Noel.2 He married, firstly, Evelyn Mary Alexander, daughter of Captain John Hobhouse Inglis Alexander, on 9 February 1899.2 He married, secondly, Cicely Anne Churchill Inskip, daughter of James Inskip and Constance Sophia Louisa Hampden, on 3 July 1916.2 He died on 23 March 1937 at age 76.2
