     Adalbert Babenberg was born in 1107.1 He was the son of Leopold III 'the Saint' Markgraf von Österreich and Agnes von Waiblingen, Princess of the Holy Roman Empire.1 He married Adelheid of Poland, daughter of Boleslaw III, Duke of Poland, before 1132.1 He married Hedwig Arpád, daughter of Almus Arpád, Duke of Croatia, in 1132.1 He died in 1137.1
