Lady Jean Douglas-Hamilton was born on 11 June 1904.1 She was the daughter of Alfred Douglas Douglas-Hamilton, 13th Duke of Hamilton and Nina Mary Benita Poore.1 She married, firstly, Charles Ernest Whistler Mackintosh, son of F/Lt. Charles Mackintosh, on 8 April 1927.1 She and Charles Ernest Whistler Mackintosh were divorced in 1946. She married, secondly, Major Leo Zinovieff, son of Leo Zinovieff and Olga Petrovna Baranova, on 24 May 1947.1 She married, thirdly, W/Cdr. Vivian Norton-Bell on 20 October 1972.1 She died on 9 October 1987 at age 83.2
