     Edward Plunkett, 3rd Lord Dunsany was the son of John Plunkett, 2nd Lord Dunsany and Catherine Hussey.² He married Amy de Bermingham, daughter of Philip de Bermingham.¹ He died on 23 January 1520/21, killed attempting to crush resistance by the native Irish under the Chiefs O'Carroll and O'Connor.³
