Elizabeth Alicia Frances Hawkins-Whitshed was the daughter of Sir St. Vincent Hawkins-Whitshed, 3rd Bt. and Anne Alicia Handcock.2 She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. Frederick Gustavus Andrew Burnaby, son of Rev. Canon Gustavus Andrew Burnaby and Harriet Villebois, on 27 June 1879.2 She married, secondly, John Frederick Main in 1886.1 She married, thirdly, Francis Bernard Aubrey le Blond on 12 June 1900.1 She died on 27 July 1934.1
From 27 June 1879, her married name became Burnaby.2 From 1886, her married name became Main. From 12 June 1900, her married name became le Blond. She was President of the Ladies' Alpine Club in 1907.1 She served in World War I, Service de Sante Militaire.1 Between 1920 and 1924 hon Sec Rheims Cathedral Restoration Fund (Brit Empire.)1 She lived at Killincarrig, Greystones, County Wicklow, Ireland.1 She was awarded the Chevalier, Legion d'Honneur in 1933.1
