Sir Edward Littleton was the son of Richard Littleton and Alice Winesbury.2 He married, firstly, Helen Swynnerton, daughter of Humphrey Swynnerton.1 He married, secondly, Isabel Wood Hill, daughter of unknown Hill.1 He died on 10 October 1558.1
