Austin Owen Cooper was born on 1 May 1894.1 He was the son of Mark Bloxham Cooper and Susan Westropp Lloyd.2 He married Kary Ita England, daughter of Frederick A. England, on 25 August 1920.1 He died on 26 March 1977 at age 82 at Hendon, London, England.3,4
